What does it mean by "Vintage"?

To us at 1963, vintage means a new appreciation for the garments that was once the beloved care of ones personal belonging. With age and time, unique characteristics develops thus creating a piece that is irreplicable even with today's modern day technology. Each shirt, jacket, and denim has its each unique story appreciating imperfection.

Do you restock vintage garments?

Unfortunately we do not because all of our vintage garments are 1 of 1 meaning each item has its unique character, fit, and design. Though we are constantly restocking similar garments on our site so to stay notified follow our social media @1963_shop to be the first to be undated when new arrivals are live.

Why doesn't the tag of the vintage garment I receive correspond with the way it actual fits?

Due to the reappreciation of 20th Century garment, most of our clothes have gone through cycles of wear and tear thus resulting in shrinkage.

Please refer to the measurements of the length and width when purchasing our garments. We will provide an estimate modern size on the website but please keep in mind that they are estimates and to ensure best fit, we recommend measuring out your favorite personal garments and comparing that with our products.
